Bring what you need. The kitchen is stocked, your room is ready, and staff are there when you arrive — so the first evening is already settled.
A note for families
You don't need permission to call.
Reaching out for someone else is its own kind of worry. You can call just to ask questions, you don't have to have anything figured out, and you don't need them to agree before you start asking. Most families come to us already exhausted from trying to handle it alone.
